These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Casale Lucciole website and the rental of our accommodation. By making a reservation or using our site, you agree to these terms.
1. Bookings and Payments
A deposit may be required to confirm your booking. Full payment is typically due prior to check-in, as specified during the booking process.
Rates are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
2. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in: From 15:00
Check-out: By 11:00
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.
3. Guest Responsibilities
Guests must treat the property with respect and leave it in good condition.
Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required may result in additional charges.
The maximum number of guests per accommodation must not be exceeded.
4. Children and Pets
Children above the age of 10 years old are welcome, but supervision is required, especially near the river and open grounds.
Pets are not allowed unless agreed in writing prior to arrival.
5. Quiet Hours
To preserve the peace and natural setting of Casale Lucciole, we request quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
6. Use of Facilities
Guests use the fireplaces, kitchen equipment, and outdoor areas at their own risk.
Safety signage and instructions must be followed at all times.
Smoking is strictly prohibited within all suites, rooms and indoor spaces.
7. Liability Disclaimer
Casale Lucciole is a 3-hectare farm immersed in nature, with open fields, olive groves, and natural streams. We live in harmony with the local wildlife, which includes gentle creatures such as deer, rabbits, and hedgehogs — all of which must be treated with care and respect.
While most animals are shy and rarely seen, guests may occasionally encounter insects or creatures such as spiders, scorpions, snakes, bees, wasps, or hornets. For your safety, we recommend always checking your shoes before wearing them, wearing shoes and long pants or boots when walking through tall grass, and exercising caution when moving rocks or exploring wilder areas of the property.
Casale Lucciole is not responsible for:
Injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings
Travel delays, cancellations, or disruptions beyond our control
Events considered force majeure (e.g. extreme weather, government restrictions)
8. Website Use
All content on this site (text, photos, logos) is owned by Casale Lucciole and may not be copied or reused without permission.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site or property implies acceptance of updates.
9. Giverning Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be resolved in an Italian court of law.
